In this project, a mobile application for Android was realised in which it was possible to play more than 250 games from different categories for free.
In the realisation of the application, the Ionic Framework was exploited, as the games were entirely developed in HTML5. Customisation work was done on the plugin, which was responsible for displaying a web view within the app to allow communication via the latter with the game being launched.
User profile features were integrated to save game scores, global leaderboards and a follower/following friendship system to create leaderboards between friends and challenge them in different games.
For the backend infrastructure, an instance on Miscrosoft Azure of Node.JS with Cosmos DB database was used.
